SERVICES AND PRICING
Scissor and Roc service list provides a price guide to all our services. The price of your service may vary if additional services/products are utilised during your appointment. Our stylists will consult with you on pricing and products so you are fully aware of the pricing structure.
Cancellation fees:
Scissor & Roc require 24-hour notice for any re-scheduled or cancelled appointments. Failure to provide us with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in a 50% appointment value cancellation fee, taken from the card saved on your file or loss of paid deposit. No-shows will incur a 100% appointment value deduction.
Booking deposits:
Due to high demand and limited availability at times, Scissor & Roc requires the saving of a credit card on file or payment of a deposit to secure your appointment. If you no-show or do not meet the 24-hour cancellation policy, your deposit will be forfeited or the card on file will be charged the 50% service fee.
